วิธีใช้ : ใช้ทาผื่นได้ทั่วร่างกาย วันละ 4-5 ครั้ง หลังอาบน้ำ หรือระหว่างวันโดยขณะทาให้ นวดที่ผิวหนัง เพื่อบาล์มสามารถซึมซับเข้าผิวช่วยให้เห็นผลลัพธ์ที่ดียิ่งขึ้น
