We will not share your information with anyone else to enable them to send you direct marketing unless you agree otherwise. However, there are circumstances where it is necessary for us to share personal information in order for us to provide our customers with our delivery service. At all times where we use or disclose your information it will remain secure.

The only circumstances where we may share some of your information with others is when we are required to do so by law, in order to administer your order, to our suppliers and service providers who process data on our behalf in Singapore and abroad, and where required for business succession reasons.

Organic Pavilion uses 'cookies' on our site to manage the login process. Cookies are small text files sent by a web server to your web browser, stored on your computer and sent back to us each time you visit. Cookies are not computer programs, and can't read other information saved on your hard drive. They cannot be used to disseminate viruses, or get a user's e-mail address etc. They only contain and transfer to the web site as much information as the users themselves have disclosed to that web site. Cookies make the interaction between users and web sites faster and easier and are used by the vast majority of websites to provide features such as a shopping basket or automatic login. All web browsers allow you to restrict the use of cookies on your computer - but disabling them will prevent you from being able to use our site as we use them to enable you to log into your account.

All transaction information passed between our site and Secure Trading, our secure payment provider, is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent to your servers from Secure Trading are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely secure in the knowledge that nothing you pass to the Secure Trading servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information. Secure Trading secures all sensitive data using the same internationally recognized 256-bit encryption standards used by, among others, the US Government. The encryption keys are held on state-of-the-art, tamper proof systems in the same family as those used to secure VeriSign's Global Root certificate, making them all but impossible to extract.

Please be wary of fraudulent requests for your card details by email. We will never email you asking for these as email is not secure.
