How to use:
1. Spray oil on affected areas such as back, neck, and shoulder then massage gently
2. Inhale the oll aroma trom your palms deeply and nold your breath for 2-3 seconds then exhale through mouth for relaxation or stuffy nose relief. Repeat 3 times
3. Spray product in living room or car as air freshener
4. Apply product into an aroma diffuser to improve air quality
