Chamomile Roman, Anthemis nobilis (1710) (also known as Roman Chamomile) has a sweet, fresh, fruity and herbaceous aroma and is a gentle oil ideal for sensitive skin and for use with children. It supports digestion, soothes the muscles, raises the spirits, and helps prepare for a restful night. Roman Camomile blends well with Geranium, Grapefruit, Lavender and Lemon. This is a pure therapeutic-quality aromatherapy essential oil from Italy, and is obtained from the blossoms.

How to: - The most common way is to inhale them either directly or by using one of our diffusers

- Dilute the essential oil with a carrier oil and apply it directly on your skin or hair

- Mix with shower gel, bath or shampoo by adding a few drops of essential oils
