Helichrysum (Immortella) Organic, Helichrysum italicum (1590) (also known as Immortelle, Everlasting). Helichrysum has a rich, warm, herbaceous fragrance. It is the most effective treatment for bruises, inflammations, and scars (diluted in a carrier oil). It is helpful for colds, flu, and coughs as a chest rub, and for sore muscles, sprains, and rheumatism as a massage oil. It relieves emotional bruising, depression, and stress. This is a certified organic pure therapeutic-quality aromatherapy essential oil from France, and is obtained from the blossoms and plant.

Please note: Grapefruit may be photosensitizing. When used on skin, even in dilution, do not expose your skin to direct sunlight for several hours afterwards, so as to avoid pigment spots.

How to: - The most common way is to inhale them either directly or by using one of our diffusers

- Dilute the essential oil with a carrier oil and apply it directly on your skin or hair

- Mix with shower gel, bath or shampoo by adding a few drops of essential oils
