Lavender Highland Organic, Lavandula angustifolia (1910) (also known as True Lavender). This high altitude lavender is the most versatile of essential oils. It has a fresh, sweet, soft, floral aroma, and with its soothing, balancing, antibacterial, and antiseptic properties, it should be the basis of every first aid kit. Put a few drops on your pillow for a restful night. Diluted in a massage oil, it makes a soothing muscle rub or skin support after a day in the sun. It is gentle enough to use with children.

How to: - The most common way is to inhale them either directly or by using one of our diffusers
